Sz\u00e9chenyi asks that, from now on, all correspondence regarding his estate matters be addressed directly to him. He expresses doubts regarding the planned sale of a portion of the house to Szappanyos: whether the sale is a good decision, whether they are selling the best part, whether there will be adequate stable space remaining, and whether there will be disputes with the tenants.
