[f]<\/a> Thomas Sahl\u00e4nder (1788\u20131855), Sz\u00e9chenyi\u2019s stable master. In 1821 he was contracted to Istv\u00e1n Sz\u00e9chenyi as a veterinarian and stable master in Nagycenk. They went to England together several times to buy horses. Later he was employed by Palatine J\u00f3zsef and then by Palatine Istv\u00e1n. He retired when the palatine institution was abolished in 1848.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
