Der Spiegel, und die Bilder kommen an[a] —–

Nun handelt sich’s nur dafür[1] „ für 3 Reitknechte, 2 Kutscher und 2 Buben das Essen im Haus zu besorgen. Denken Sie also hierüber, und handeln Sie weise.

Széchenyi

Samstag in Wien[2][b]

Meine Pferde[c] kommen am Donnerstag nach Zinkendorf. —–

[1] Instead of darum.

[2] Széchenyi’s underlining with wavy line.

[a] See the letter of 8 May 1816.

[b] The reference to the arrival of the horses on Thursday gives the exact date of the letter. In his previous letter of 10 May 1816, he mentioned that he was on his way to Vienna and that the horses would arrive in Cenk on Wednesday or Thursday. He likely specified the date of the arrival of the horses the next day, on Saturday.

[c] The horses he bought in England are Atila, Bella, Venus, Fleent, Woodbeacker/Woodpecker, Royal, Theseus, Limosin, Eclyps, Leitness, Andromache, Falben, Coco and four horses with a carriage. SzIN 1. 776–777.
